Human Resources Manager

MG2 is looking for a talented Human Resources Manager located in our Seattle office. 

The Human Resources Manager provides leadership and oversight in the following areas: management of the HR team, talent acquisition, staffing and retention, employee relations, compensation management, and benefits. Responsible for providing HR support and consultation to employees across all MG2 offices. 


  • Manage and provide leadership to the HR team
  • Develop and maintain HR best practices
  • Handle employee relations issues including conflict resolution, coaching, and legal issues
  • Act as consultant on HR matters for firm leadership and employees
  • Policy development or modification to ensure compliance
  • Maintain firm compensation model and benchmarking
  • Develop and maintain HR budget
  • Various HR initiatives such as performance review process, onboarding, and compensation strategy
  • Work together with Training and Development Manager on joint initiatives
  • Handle projects as needed


  • 8 years of HR experience
  • 3 years leading a team
  • Strong background in employee relations and employment law
  • SPHR/SHRM-SCP preferred
  • Bachelors degree in related field
  • Experience in architecture, engineering, or construction industry helpful
