Regional Account Manager

MG2 is looking for a talented Account Manager to join our Seattle, WA office.

MG2 serves clients around the globe from four offices: Seattle, WA; Irvine, CA; Washington, D.C. and Shanghai.


  • Nurture and grow client relationships, serving as point of contact for all communications
  • Consistently deliver high-quality work, both in process and documentation
  • Provide a level of service and communication that keeps client wanting more
  • Management of risk and ability to negotiate the service/speed/quality conversation with clients
  • Ensure technical quality and thoroughness of documentation
  • Translate design into construction documents
  • Train and mentor team members of varying levels
  • Identify needs and opportunities for staff development
  • Assist in performance review feedback for project staff
  • Oversee project financial plans and ensure processes / procedures are followed
  • Balance staffing needs with current and anticipated project workload
  • Collaborate with other leaders to ensure compliance with account, project and design expectations
  • Assist Account Leadership with strategy and implementation plans


  • Bachelor or Master of Architecture
  • Architectural licensure strongly preferred
  • 12+ years of professional experience
  • Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
  • Experience leading and developing retail program processes, communication plans and project team organization (roles / responsibilities)
  • Possess full knowledge of industry best practice standards and expectations
  • Ability to travel, up to 20% of the time
